The prices refer to weekly rentals and include linen with weekly change, water, gas for cooking, taxes and the final cleaning.

Electricity and heating are upon consumption, they’re to be paid at the end of your stay. For weekends or short stay holidays, please, contact us!

Once reserved, it’s necessary to pay a deposit equal to 25% of the rental price; once at Casale Fornello, you’ll pay the remaining balance. 250 € as security deposit are also requested: such amount will be refunded at the end of the holiday less any deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs.
